Audiomack’s Creator App - One Million Downloads Later

Audiomack has been making some serious moves since founders Dave Macli and David Ponte launched the streaming platform back in 2012. After signing their first licensing deal with Warner Music Group back in 2019, which expanded that licensing agreement to cover the UK, Canada, and 16 African countries, and signing a partnership with indie distributor juggernaut DistroKid in 2021, it was full steam ahead.

Audiomack launched their Creator App in February of 2022, opening the doors to detailed list of analytics and metrics that can help identify the best ways for artists to grow, both in the short term and long term. Per Audiomack, this app “is designed to maximize access for everyone sharing audio, from artists to podcasters and beyond, no matter their means or where they’re from,” said Audiomack VP of Product Charlie Kaplan. The Creator App has now crossed the 1 million download mark, and according to Audiomack, is a Top 10 iOS music app in Nigeria.

Audiomack has set themselves up in a unique position in the modern day music industry. A platform that’s it’s own ecosystem that’s providing artists with the tools and analysis to, not only further the reach of their music, but learning how important data analytics is and how to read the data to create the best roadmap for your future.

Major shoutout to everyone over at Audiomack.
