Born and raised in Toronto, montalage is a DJ, producer, and co-founder of InTuit Sounds, the first group that ever asked me to do a guest mix. His passions for people, community, and music led him to found InTuit Sounds, a label and radio platform focused on curating and showcasing new and emerging artists. He has even started producing his own tracks, and you'll hear a lot of them in the next 30 minutes.
"Producing is something that I think I subconsciously always wanted to do. Growing up, all I knew was music and basketball. When I was around 10, my uncle gifted me an Akai MPK mini, and I took an attempt at producing. Though I didn't continue with it at the time, I think it was that particular moment that sparked the idea of it. Now, I'm 19, and I'm making it a goal of mine to get to where I want to be with producing."
