Born in Italy and now living in the UK, Ossammot is a Producer, DJ, and Community Builder who's main tool for making all his tracks is his iPhone. Defining himself as an "old soul at heart", OSSAMMOT find his musical obsessions in the Disco/Funk/R&B Soul/90s Hip-Hop like Michael Jackson and Jamiroquai while also taking inspiration from the new generation of Funk/Soul/Disco such as Kaytranada and Anderson .Paak. A lover of music, OSSAMMOT's mission is to bring his passion for music and curation to not just his local region, but to the entire world.
"Around the early 2010s, my uncle, who is a jazz drummer, bought me Ableton Live 9 but never pushed me to use it. I became obsessed with making very simple yet bouncy breaks, but I was limited by my beginner-level knowledge. He later suggested that I start fresh and use GarageBand on my iPhone instead. Since then, I have developed a niche in making tracks and beats, mostly drum-inspired, and have honed my craft solely using a simple yet effective DAW on an iPhone!"
